The girl’s soccer season is right around the corner at Wauconda High School. With the graduated seniors gone, this years team has no tie to the semi-final state title in 2019. It is a fresh start for the program. What does this mean for this year’s record? Will the girls varsity team do well this season? 

Heinrich, Miller, and Shogren are ready for this new season. They miss their graduates, but they are excited to see what this season has to offer. The line-up will definitely have to be altered to fit the missing places of the graduates, but it will work out.

Cora Dudey said she “can’t wait for the season. It’s going to be so much fun.  We will have to do some adjusting, but it’ll be worth it.” Cora is managing this year due to tearing her ACL twice.
Hopefully, these girls can do what they do best, go far in the playoffs. I believe in them and the coaches very much.
